Ekiti State Civil Service Shortlisted Candidates 2023 – The Ekiti State government, in collaboration with the state’s civil service commission, is pleased to announce the release of the list of successful candidates for the 2023/2024 recruitment of public service workers in the state.

This development marks an important step in the ongoing efforts to strengthen the civil service and enhance public service delivery in Ekiti State.

The recruitment process for various positions within the civil service was conducted with utmost transparency and based on merit. It aimed to ensure that only the most qualified individuals were selected to serve in these crucial roles.

It is important to note that all shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to undergo a screening exercise, including written examinations, interviews, and verification of their credentials.

However, this is a piece of good news for all applicants who applied for the yet-concluded online application for the Ekiti State Civil Service recruitment exercise.

During the Ekiti State shortlisting process, some online applications were not successful due to specific requirements not being met. Candidates whose names have been shortlisted will take an online examination which will be held at the state’s Civil Service Commission, Ado-EKITI.

The scheduled date and time for the Ekiti State Civil Service online examination and interviews have been listed in batches on the official portal. SMS will be sent to all shortlisted candidates, which will contain crucial information about the 2023/2024 assessment interview and online examination processes.

Screening Requirements For Ekiti State Civil Service 2023 Shortlisted Candidates

All successful candidates who have been shortlisted by the Civil Service Commission for the Ekiti State recruitment exercise must come along with their original credentials, including photocopies of them, for the appointment process of public servants.

The screening of credentials, interviews and assessment examination will be held at the state’s civil service commission, Ado-EKITI and strictly adhere to the time as mentioned online.

Ekiti State Civil Service 2023 shortlisted candidates must be properly dressed and all are expected to be sitting at the state’s civil service commission, Ado-EKITI one (1) or two (2) hours before the commencement of this activity.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

Original and photocopies of your Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) or Higher National Certificate (HND) and WASSCE or NECO certificate and scratch card including NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Original and photocopies of your certificate of birth or age declaration and certificate of state of origin.
Original copy of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
Recent passport photographs, come along with a National ID card, Driver’s license, Nigerian International Passport or voter’s card. Also, make photocopies of your identity card.

All Ekiti State civil service shortlisted candidates must have proof of certification of their health status indicating if they are fit to work.

However, the Ekiti State Civil Service Commission has instructed all shortlisted candidates to come along with certified medically fit for work which must be issued by any of the government hospitals in any state of your choice.
