Ebonyi State Civil Service Shortlisted Candidates 2023: The Ebonyi State Civil Service Commission has recently released the list of shortlisted candidates for employment in the state’s public service. Over 3000 graduates have been selected to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.

These candidates were chosen after a thorough verification of the online applications submitted to the recruitment portal during the Ebonyi State 2023/2024 recruitment exercise.

The Ebonyi State Civil Service Commission has recently completed the recruitment process for all eligible candidates who had applied online for various public positions.

This careful selection process was conducted to ensure that only the most qualified candidates were chosen to serve as civil servants in Ebonyi State. The shortlisted candidates are now set to be officially employed by the Ebonyi State government, with the aim of enhancing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the workforce.

By recruiting these new civil servants, the government seeks to strengthen its capacity to meet the needs and demands of the state and its citizens.

Ebonyi State Civil Service 2023/2024 Shortlisted Candidates

The newly shortlisted candidates will undergo a screening process, face-to-face interviews, computer-based examination, and orientation and only successful persons out of the preselected candidates will be recruited into certain offices ranging from the available grade levels.

The shortlisting of candidates who were shortlisted was based on transparency and fairness and for the development of the state. Applicants who filled out the Ebonyi State CSC application form are invited to visit the official website: www.ebonyistate.gov.ng and check their names.

All Ebonyi State civil service shortlisted 2023/2024 candidates whose names were shortlisted by the commission must report on the day announced on the official website for screening of credentials, interviews, computer-based examination, and orientation.

While reporting to their respective centers, selected candidates are to come along with the original copies of their credentials and make photocopies of at least three (3) copies of each of those original documents. The listed credentials are:

  • Come along with all your academic credentials and a WASSCE or NECO scratch card.

  • The application submission slips you printed out online after the submission of your online application.

  • Recent two (2) passport photographs, certificate of birth or age declaration and certificate of state of origin.

  • A legalized identity (National Identification Number (NIN) slip, Driver’s license, International Passport, or Voter’s card).

  • Other qualifications (if any) and a certified medically fit for work report (Government Hospital).

These documents are the requirements that will be presented or submitted before the Ebonyi State Civil Service Commission commencement of the (screening of credentials, interviews, and computer-based examination) for the assessment of successful candidates who will be hired in the state’s public offices.
