Delta State Civil Service Shortlisted Candidates 2025: The Delta State Civil Service Commission has commenced the shortlisting process for the 2025/2026 public service recruitment. The list of shortlisted candidates for screening has been released and is now available on the official website of the Delta State Civil Service Commission: www.deltastatecsc.gov.ng.
Applicants who have applied for positions in the Delta State civil service can now check if they have been shortlisted for further screening. The shortlisted candidates will undergo a screening process, which includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The CBT will be conducted at approved state centers.
This information is mainly for all eligible applicants who filled out the application form to fill in the vacancies in the Delta State Civil Service Commission, as we wish to notify the public and all applicants that the full PDF list of all shortlisted candidates varying for public offices is out.
The full PDF list released can be checked through the Delta State recruitment website. This is a blissful moment for all suitable applicants who participated in the Delta State Civil Service 2025/2026 recruitment process.
Candidates who meet the vacancy requirements have been shortlisted and are now eligible for screening, training, interview and computer-based test which shall be held at the state’s civil service commission centers.
The Delta State civil service shortlisted candidates must note that the next recruitment process will involve the screening of all credentials which were previously submitted during the time of online application.
Is The Delta State CSC Shortlisted Candidates For 2025 Out?
Considering the number of retirees and deaths among Delta State civil service professionals within the last couple of years, the Delta State Civil Service Commission may soon release the 2025/2026 PDF list of Delta State officials shortlisted for the civil service.
All suitable applicants who apply can now visit the recruitment website, check their names and prepare for screening, interviews, training and computer-based tests.
The Delta state government has announced that all shortlisted candidates must be in possession of all the original documents they uploaded online at the time of their online application.
SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

All academic certificates (B.Sc., HND or NCE certificate, WASSCE or NECO scratch card, First School Leaving Certificate and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate)

Other personal requirements: Four (4) recent passport photographs, certificate of birth or age declaration, online application submission slip, certificate of state of origin, certified medically fit for work from a government medical center and a legal means of identification, such as (National ID card, etc.).
The following screening requirements will be submitted by the Delta State civil service shortlisted candidates to the commission during the 2025/2026 screening verification.
Being late to the screening center or not reporting for screening or computer-based tests will be subject to disqualification.
How To Check Delta State CSC 2025/2026 Shortlisted Candidates
The Delta State Civil Service Commission has yet to publicly release the list of all those who applied for the recruitment process. Still, in the shortlisting process, the commission will upload the names of successful candidates as soon as 2025/2026 online application verifications have been concluded.

The application slip you printed out online is very important. All shortlisted candidates must report to the Delta State Civil Service Commission with the original and photocopy of their application slip printout, including the original copies of all credentials.
