The government of Bayelsa State through the state’s civil service commission has begun an effective rescue mission into the state’s public offices by recruiting more energetic public servants into all open vacancies.
Any of the candidates who have been successfully shortlisted must show up at the Bayelsa State civil service commission approved centers on the date announced for screening and computer-based tests for personal assessments and other verification purposes.
The screening and Computer Based Tests for personal assessments are the next recruitment process for all shortlisted candidates, and all will be expected to report to the announced centers with the original documents they scanned and uploaded during the 2023/2024 recruitment online application.

The following documents must be in the possession of all shortlisted candidates who have been selected based on the requirements and academic qualifications they submitted during the 2023 online applications.
THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ARE:

All academic certificates (WASSCE, GCE or NECO, NYSC discharge or exemption certificate and Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma certificate).

Official means of identification (Driver’s license, International Passport or Voter’s card)

Acknowledgement slips printed online, Certificate of birth or age declaration and certificate of state of origin.

Other professional certificates (if any).
There will not be any screening or verifications for shortlisted candidates who do not come along with the complete documents they uploaded during their application. Shortlisted candidates with awaiting results or certificates will be disqualified.
