Identification Documents: Original and photocopies of your valid National Identification Card (National Identity Card, Nigerian International Passport, Driver’s License, etc.).

Application Confirmation Form: Printed copy of the acknowledgement slip.

Academic Qualification Documents: Original and photocopies of your Degree Certificates (Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma or Ordinary National Diploma Certificates). Others are the West African Senior School Certificate, National Examination Council, or General Certificate of Education Certificate. Additional documents: Academic transcripts.

Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age: Original and photocopy of your birth certificate or sworn declaration of age.
