The 2024/2025 recruitment for workers has officially commenced, and the PDF list of shortlisted candidates for NIPOST is now available. This list has been released in order to facilitate the screening process.
All applicants who have applied for any of the job vacancies are required to visit the Nigerian Postal Service career portal to check if their names are included on the shortlist.
It is important to note that the number of candidates required for each job vacancy has already been selected. This means that only those candidates whose names appear on the PDF list will proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
To ensure a successful screening process, applicants are advised to visit the NIPOST career portal at www.nipost.gov.ng and check their names on the PDF list.
While checking the PDF list, it is important that you follow the instructions provided by the Nigerian Postal Service to enable you to check your names successfully.
The PDF list has been released for screening and the number of candidates required for each of the job vacancies has been selected.
We congratulate those who made it to the shortlist. However, all who have been selected are to report to their respective screening centers with their credentials and passport photographs on the dates listed on the PDF list.
Failure to show up or comply with the scheduled dates announced on the PDF list will not be accepted and may attract disqualification.

Congratulations on making it to the shortlist for the NIPOST selection process for the year 2024. Your exceptional qualifications and achievements have impressed the selection committee to put you into consideration.
The PDF list of shortlisted candidates for the 2024/2025 intake for the recruitment of candidates who will be hired as workers for various positions at NIPOST has been released.
All applicants are required to check their names on the list and report to their designated centers with their original credentials, passport photographs and a guarantor’s form on the dates announced on the PDF list.
In order to proceed further, we kindly request all shortlisted candidates to report to their respective screening centers on the dates specified in the attached PDF list.
This list of shortlisted candidates contains the scheduled dates for each candidate’s screening process.
And all who are shortlisted must adhere to the assigned date, as failure to do so may result in disqualification from the selection process.
What Are Mine To Come With, When Reporting To The Nigerian Postal Service Screening Center?
Please, all successful candidates who saw their names on the list of Nigerian Postal Service shortlisted candidates for 2024/2025 are to ensure that you bring along the following items:

Original Valid Identification and Credentials: Please carry your original identification and documents (credentials), such as your national identity card, driver’s license, etc.

B.Sc., HND or OND certificate, and attach your NYSC discharge or exemption certificate including your WASSCE, NECO and GCE certificate.

Recent Passport-sized Photographs and a Guarantor’s Form: Candidates are to provide two (2) passport-sized photographs and a guarantor’s form as mentioned in the attached PDF list.
These photographs and the guarantor’s form will be used for the necessary documentation during the screening process.
How To Check The 2024/2025 List Of NIPOST Shortlisted Candidates
The Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) has yet to release the PDF shortlist containing the names of successful candidates who made the recruitment list.
All applicants who applied for any of the job vacancies should be patient as the 2024/2025 list of shortlisted candidates will be out soon.
