The Kwara State government has released a press release to the public that the full list of all Kwara SUBEB 2023/2024 shortlisted candidates who will fill in the Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) teaching vacancies in the state’s public schools has been published on the https://subeb.kw.gov.ng portal.
All concerned candidates who applied for the KWSUBEB 2023 recruitment can check if their names are in the recently released list of successfully shortlisted candidates whose names were listed for screening and computer-based tests (CBT).
The names of 2,701 persons who will fill the teaching vacancies in the state’s primary, junior and secondary schools have been shortlisted.
There will be a screening of all shortlisted candidates and online examinations which have been approved to be held in four (4) Kwara states, Ilorin, Malete, Offa, and Lafiagi accredited centers.
Candidates who were successfully considered due to the requirements and qualifications submitted during the concluded online application should log in to the official portal. They are to check their centers according to the instructions listed on the KWSUBEB official portal.
Successful candidates who do not show up on the stated date with the original academic credentials will be disqualified.
Is Kwara SUBEB Shortlisted Candidates 2023/2024 Out?
The list of candidates who applied for the Kwara SUBEB 2023 recruitment has been released on the https://subeb.kw.gov.ng portal.
The next stage of Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board recruitment activities will soon begin. All candidates are expected to check their names and report to the approved accredited centers: Ilorin, Malete, Offa, and Lafiagi for their screening and CBT on the date announced online.
A list of 2,701 shortlisted candidates has been pre-selected for the next recruitment exercise. Candidates who were not shortlisted for screening of credentials and computer-based tests (CBT) are not eligible to report to the scheduled centers.
The screening exercise is a process where all shortlisted candidates’ credentials are screened. Successfully screened candidates will be invited to computer-based tests (CBT) and those who were not successful will be disqualified by the commission.
The following credentials will be required from all Kwara SUBEB 2023/2024 shortlisted candidates, which they will submit to Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KWSUBEB) officials during the screening activities. The original credentials are:

All your educational certificates (Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) certificate, Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate, Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) certificate, Diploma in Arabic certificate or Diploma in Islamic Studies certificate, NYSC discharged or exemption certificate and WASSCE or NECO certificate)

A printout of your acknowledgement slip, National I. D card, Driver’s license or International Passport, etc., an original copy of your medical certified report and Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria certificate (if any)

Recent passport photograph, certificate of birth and certificate of state of origin or identification.
Only shortlisted candidates with complete application credentials will be allowed to enter the Kwara SUBEB screening and computer-based tests (CBT) centers.
How To Check Kwara SUBEB 2023/2024 Shortlisted Candidates
The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has yet to release the list of successful candidates who applied for the 2023/2024 recruitment exercise.
The full list is not out and candidates who applied to teach in any of the subjects are informed that the PDF list of 2,701 successful candidates who will be recruited into the open teaching vacancies in the state’s primary, junior and secondary schools has yet to be shortlisted for screening.
All who completed an online application form, via the application portal, will be notified as soon as the Kwara SUBEB releases the names of candidates who will be posted into the state’s own schools.
HOW TO CHECK YOUR NAME
To check the full list of Kwara SUBEB 2023 shortlisted candidates, visit the https://subeb.kw.gov.ng portal. Follow the instructions as instructed on the homepage to check your names.
The screening exercise will be completed on the scheduled day and CBT Test results will be released on the same day, a few hours after it has been concluded. However, the date for interviews will be sent to all successful candidates.
