The University or Polytechnic you attended will forward its Senate List which contains your personal information and the information of other concerned students, which will be forwarded to the NYSC registration portal for processing.

On the date announced for NYSC mobilization, you will be required to visit any of the cybercafés close to you for registration. Note that the online registration forms for an NYSC certificate of discharge (orientation camp), a letter of exemption certificate or an NYSC letter of exclusion certificate are all the same but those applying for an exemption certificate or an NYSC letter of exclusion will not be asked to select any of the four (4) states of deployment.

Candidates who apply online for an NYSC letter of exclusion and who have completed their online registration will not receive a green card. The green card is only for graduates who will be going to their various orientation camps for their National Youth Service Corps one (1) year program.
