Candidates who successfully pass the 2023/2024 preliminary screening for military service are required to undergo the AFP Aptitude Test Battery (AFPATB).

Preparing for the Army Qualifying Examination and Physical Fitness Test is essential for individuals who have successfully passed the AFPATB. Only applicants who pass the Army Qualifying Examination and Physical Fitness Test after they have successfully passed the AFPATB on merit will be considered.

OFFICER CANDIDATE (OC)

You must have a Baccalaureate degree (at least four (4) years). Also, you must pass the AFP Aptitude Test Battery on merit with a score of 100 or higher to be eligible to apply.

Male applicants must be at least five (5) feet four (4) inches tall (1.64 meters), while female applicants must be at least five (5) feet two (2) inches tall (1.62 meters). These requirements are in place to ensure that all applicants possess the necessary physical attributes for the position.
CALL TO ACTIVE DUTY (CAD)

Interested applicants in this category must have a Baccalaureate degree, obtained after completing a four-year undergraduate program at a recognized institution, be a successful graduate of the Probationary Officer Training Course, and be commissioned in the Reserve Force as 2LT.

Applicants must meet the minimum height requirements for their respective genders. For males, the minimum height requirement is a minimum of five feet four inches (5’4″). This means that male applicants must be at least five feet four inches tall. For females, the minimum height requirement is a minimum of five feet two inches (5’2″). This means that female applicants must be at least five feet two inches tall.
