To be shortlisted for screening you must have a minimum of second-class lower division in BA, B.Sc., HND, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or NCE from accredited higher institutions of learning and all candidates must be in possession of their National Youth Service Corps discharge or exemption certificate.

Have completed the West African Senior School Certificate Examination, National Examination Council or General Certificate of Education with at least a minimum of five (5) credits at no more than two sittings, including Mathematics and English Language.

Unity Bank entry-level recruitment is for interested candidates between the ages of twenty-six (26) years. You are required to possess good communication skills, numerical skills, a birth certificate or age declaration and a certificate of state of origin.

You are to submit two sets of guarantor forms: One (1) of the guarantors must be awarded from a Unity Bank full-time staff employee and another guarantor form from a full-time employee (Grade Level 17) in any organization.
