The Kwara State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has officially announced the 2024/2025 recruitment of 4,701 more eligible candidates who will be appointed or posted in the state’s public senior secondary schools if recruitment conditions are met. All interested candidates can apply to teach in any of the subjects through the state’s https://tescom.kw.gov.ng/ portal.

The Kwara State government has begun the recruitment of public senior secondary school teachers who will be employed to teach in any of the advertised subject areas throughout the state’s public schools.

The Kwara State Teaching Service Commission has announced its second batch of the recruiting of 4,701 secondary school public teachers. This is to boost the newly constructed schools in the state.

All interested candidates must be professionals and must possess academic qualifications in any of these subject fields:

The Kwara State teachers recruitment 2024/2025 exercise has been announced by State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for the recruitment of school teachers who will be hired to teach secondary school students in the state if they pass the teacher’s examination, interviews and screening exercise.

To apply for the Kwara State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) recruitment, you must have completed your higher institution program and NYSC program.

Kwara State Teachers Recruitment 2024/2025 Requirements

All candidates applying for the Kwara State teachers recruitment 2024 batch must possess each of the following requirements listed on this page.

Interested candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and Higher National Diploma (HND) holders with a PGDE obtained from licensed institutions of learning in any of the core subject areas can apply.
All participants must possess a minimum of five credits in WASSCE or NECO, including Mathematics and English Language (not above two sittings).
Interested candidates must possess other teaching qualifications apart from a Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) certificate.
Candidates who possess the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria Certificate (TRCN) may be considered.
Kwara State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) is calling on only interested candidates who are through with their National Youth Service Corps program. NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is highly required.
Recent passport photograph and National identity card, Driver’s license or International Passport and a certified medical certificate from a government hospital.
