Ogun State Teachers Recruitment 2024: The Ogun State TESCOM now invites online applications from fresh graduates, teachers and other qualified candidates to apply on the recruitment portal for employment in the state’s senior secondary public schools.

The Ogun State Teaching Service Commission is now recruiting suitable candidates who are qualified to apply in any of the twenty (20) subject areas which will be listed below. The Ogun State government has issued a press statement for the recruitment of senior secondary teachers in the state.

The state TESCOM recruitment is aimed at recruiting school teachers who are dedicated to teaching, are strong communicators, focus on collaboration, teachers who are adaptable, show empathy and competent teachers who value real-world learning. Qualified senior secondary teachers are needed immediately.

Latest News Today On Ogun State TESCOM 2024 Recruitment

The Ogun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) recruitment website, https://www.ogunstate.gov.ng/teachersrecruitment, is now open for teacher news, online applications, application processes and inquiries.

The Ogun State Government (OGSG) will soon issue a letter of employment to all newly recruited teachers who will teach in the state’s senior secondary public schools. About one hundred (100) letters will be collected in batches and will be awarded to all shortlisted candidates.

Upon completion of their documentation, all successful candidates will be deployed throughout Ogun State senior secondary public schools.

Only the Ogun State Teachers 2024 shortlisted candidates will be invited for screening, training, computer-based examination and interviews, and they are expected to provide all necessary documents as soon as they receive an email or SMS invitation from the commission.

Candidates who will receive an invitation are those who gave a valid email address and phone number during the Ogun State Teachers 2024/2025 recruitment exercise.

Interested candidates must only provide the application requirements and academic qualifications in any of the subject areas when filling out the Ogun State Teachers 2024 application form.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR TESCOM RECRUITMENT

Bachelor’s degree or HND holders in relevant school subject areas are eligible to apply. These certificates must be obtained from recognized institutions of higher learning in any of the subject areas listed below:

Mathematics	Literature in English	Integrated Science	Physical and Health Education	Islamic Religious Studies
Physics	Social Studies	Agriculture Science	Yoruba	Civic Education
Chemistry	Basic Education Studies	Business Education	French	Computer Science

You must possess five O Level credits in WASSCE, NECO or GCE, including Mathematics and English Language. These certificate requirements should not be more than two sittings.
You must possess teaching qualifications, such as the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) or other qualifications and knowledge of computers will increase your chances of being considered.
Applicants applying online must be between twenty-two (22) and thirty-five (35) years old and must possess a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Applicants must note that a deployment letter might be issued to any successful candidates at any moment, as they must be ready to be deployed to any part of the local government areas in the state.
You must present a certified medically fit report from any government hospital.
