The Kwara State Civil Service Commission has released the list of successful candidates for various ministries in the state. Those who applied for any ministry in the state can check their names and report for screening at the designated centers.
To check the list of successful candidates, applicants can visit the official website of the Kwara State Civil Service Commission at [kwarastate.gov.ng/]. The portal contains a dedicated section where candidates can verify their names and report for screening.
Screening centers for successful candidates have been designated across the state. These centers are responsible for conducting the necessary background checks (screening) and verifying the authenticity of the candidates’ documents.
However, any of the Kwara State Civil Service 2024/2025 shortlisted candidates whose applications fall under these fields: Ministry Of Agric And Rural Development, Ministry Of Education And Human Capital Development, Ministry Of Health, Ministry Of Finance And Planning, Ministry Of Works,
Ministry Of Energy, Ministry Of Enterprise, Ministry Of Environment, Ministry Of Sports And Youth Development, Kwara State Bureau Of Land, Physical Planning Authority, Ministry Of Tertiary Education, Science And Technology,
State Audit, Ministry Of Women’s Affairs And Social Development, Ministry Of Water Resources, Ministry Of Communications, Ministry Of Justice, Office Of Head Of Service, and Bureau Of Statistics can now check their names.
It is important to note that all prospective successfully shortlisted candidates must come along with all original credentials on the scheduled date and time for the commencement of the 2024/2025 screening exercise and computer-based test (CBT) examination.
It is the responsibility of applicants to report to the appropriate screening centers on the scheduled dates.

Candidates shortlisted are to report to the Kwara state accredited centers for computer-based test (CBT) qualifying examination and screening of all credentials, verification, and documentation.
The Kwara State Civil Service 2024/2025 shortlisted candidates must come along with the original credentials listed below, including photocopies of each of their credentials.
