List Of EAC Shortlisted Candidates 2024/2025 PDF (Interview Schedules Now Available)

Interested applicants who reside in any of these six (6) member states are (i) Burundi, (ii) Kenya, (iii) Rwanda, (iv) South Sudan, (v) Tanzania, and (iv) Uganda are now notified to visit the www.eac.int/jobs login portal and check their interviews scheduled days, centers and respective names as the 2024/2025 full list of EAC shortlisted candidates is out for further considerations.

The shortlist is now available on the official website of the East Africa Community (EAC) and applicants who also applied during the 2021, 2022 and 2024 recruitment exercises are advised to check their names and report to their designated centers with their national valid identity cards, passport-sized photographs and original documents.

The public is to NOTE that there will be a Video Conferencing System during this exercise and all candidates who have been shortlisted must prepare themselves, be well-dressed and be at their respective centers on time.

In light of the current circumstances, interviews will be conducted online via a Video Conferencing System.

East Africa Community EAC Shortlisted Candidates 2024/2025

Candidates who were shortlisted for the 2021, 2022, and 2024 recruitment batches are advised to visit their respective ministries responsible for East Africa Community Affairs in their respective capitals. This visit is essential for the submission of original documents (credentials).

These original certificates include their educational and professional qualifications and any other relevant documents required for the ongoing recruitment process.

These documents will be verified by the Ministry In Charge of EAC Affairs in their respective capitals to ensure their authenticity.

During the visit, candidates are expected to maintain a professional high level of discipline during the submission and verification of their documents, and any discussions regarding the recruitment process should be directed to EAC Affairs in your respective capitals.

All EAC 2024/2025 shortlisted candidates are advised to keep their original documents or credentials safe and secure during their visit to their separate EAC Affairs Capitals to avoid any loss or damage to the documents.

EAC Interviews 2024/2025

All East Africa Community Shortlisted Candidates for the years 2021 to 2022 and 2024/2025 are hereby notified that the scheduled time for the respective interviews and day will be communicated to them.

Candidates should adhere to this information in order to adequately prepare for their respective Video Conferencing System interview assessment, which will be held in no distant time.

The East Africa Community screening and interviews will be transparent, and therefore, it is imperative that all candidates adhere to the communicated schedule.
