Oyo State Teachers Recruitment 2024/2025 Announcement: The Governor of Oyo State Seyi Makinde has announced the recruitment of 5,000 teachers who will be employed in the state’s public schools and an additional 700 vacancies for non-teaching staff who will assist in teaching school pupils in the state.
The state government calls for applications from interested candidates who are professionals in teaching skills. These candidates can create interactive lessons and learning opportunities and candidates who can assist and support students with learning differences. Oyo State TESCOM Recruitment 2024 Requirements
The Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) online application requirements for the 2024/2025 recruitment of qualified teachers guidelines have been listed below.

Oyo State TESCOM online application requires that interested candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree obtained from an approved institution in any of the subject areas.

Applying for a teacher or non-teaching staff, you must possess not more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO or GCE for at least (5) O’ Level credit passes, including Mathematics and English Language.

Only candidates with a second-class lower Bachelor’s degree and HND holders with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in relevant subject areas can apply.

Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) if any will be an added advantage.

Maximum age requirement: 35 years.

The Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Oyo State, believes all applicants must have completed their NYSC programs or may have obtained an exemption certificate.
