On this portal, you will find a comprehensive list comprising the names of internship opportunities available within the NSSF. These internships provide valuable hands-on experience and serve as a stepping stone for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in the field of social security.
Additionally, the NSSF has also released a list of managing trustee positions. These positions play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of the fund. The names of the individuals holding these positions can be found on the aforementioned career portal.
Furthermore, the list also includes the names of regional managers. These managers are responsible for overseeing the NSSF’s operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of services in their respective regions. Their names can also be found on the official portal.
Lastly, the NSSF has released a list of sales representatives. These individuals play a vital role in promoting the fund’s services and engaging with potential clients. Their names can also be accessed on the career portal.
In addition to the above, the NSSF has also published a list of shortlisted candidates who have applied for the 2023/2024 recruitment exercise.
However, the National Social Security Fund 2023 shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and screening before receiving a membership identification card at the end of the recruitment exercise.
All shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email or SMS for computer-based tests, screening and interviews. The National Social Security Fund has announced to all candidates who applied online during the NSSF recruitment exercise that its final list would be based on merit.
The final list recently released is a piece of good news, especially for all those candidates who have been inquiring to know if the PDF list of NSSF shortlisted candidates has been released.
All Kenyan citizens and most importantly, all candidates who completed an application form can now check their names and prepare for screening and interviews, and the dates for screening, online examination and interviews will be communicated to all shortlisted candidates when necessary.
Has The NSSF Released The PDF List Of Shortlisted Candidates For 2023?
The National Social Security Fund has yet to publish the list of its shortlisted candidates on the www.nssf.or.ke/careers portal. Candidates who applied for the NSSF 2023/2024 recruitment exercise, on internship and in other positions or vacancies would not be able to check their names online, till the list of shortlisted candidates is released.
The online registration list for shortlisted candidates is not yet out. Successful candidates will not be able to check the NSSF list until the PDF list is uploaded online.
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) will notify all Kenyans and its candidates through the official portal or on broadcasting stations once the PDF final list is released for screening, interview and online examination (CBT).

You can check or download the list of National Social Security Fund shortlisted candidates by visiting the official website. However, some of the applicants’ online applications were not successful due to incomplete information, wrong identity and due to being unable to provide relevant information during online registration.
All completed online applications received at the time of the NSSF 2023 recruitment have been verified. Screening, interviews and computer-based tests will be based on academic qualifications, personal experience and job description.

The NSSF screening date for 2023 is not yet out. The National Social Security Fund will invite all successful candidates who register on the official portal for screening.
