The Importers Association of Nigeria (IMAN) Special Task Force 2024/2025 monthly salary structure is initiated by the commission like every other security agency in Nigeria.
They are also entitled to allowances, benefits and bonuses to strengthen all IMAN’s officers in the fight against illegal importation, adulteration and smuggling.
The IMAN Special Taskforce do not receive wages or monthly salaries from the federal government, and they generate their own monthly salaries which are being paid to all officers starting from the Director-General (DG) of the IMAN Special Taskforce to the least level 3–5 officers. All receive their monthly salaries according to their rank and academic qualifications.

An IMAN special task force junior officer receives a monthly salary of forty-five thousand (45,000) naira to eighty thousand (80,000) naira plus other allowances and bonuses depending on each respective rank.

Senior officers do receive about one hundred thousand (100,000) naira, one hundred and thirty thousand (130,000) naira to two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) naira monthly depending on academic qualifications and ranks.

Due to the fight against illegal importation, adulteration and smuggling, the Importers Association of Nigeria (IMAN) Special Task Force are now accepting applications for qualified persons who wish to join the task force in the fight against illegal goods coming into Nigeria.
Interested persons are required to have a minimum of five (5) credit passes in WASSCE, NECO or GCE, which must not be more than two (2) sittings. (These requirements are for interested applicants who possess only secondary school certificates, which must be attached to their application).
Interested persons who have completed his/her tertiary education must apply with his/her degree certificate, WASSCE, NECO or GCE certificate and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate which must be attached together with their application.
There is no online application and applications are to be submitted to any of the Importers Association of Nigeria (IMAN) Special Task Force state commands in any of the 36 states close to you, including Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
The IMAN Special Task Force 2024/2025 shortlisted candidates will pass through several screening, training and other test assessments and after all exercises have been concluded, the Director-General of the IMAN Special Taskforce will then welcome all successful candidates into the commission.
