The Justices of the Supreme Court and the President of the Court of Appeal are compensated with a basic annual salary of two million four hundred seventy-seven thousand one hundred ten (2,477,110) naira or two hundred six thousand four hundred twenty-five (206,425) naira monthly.

The Justices of the Court of Appeal, Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Chief Judge of the FCT High Court, and President of the Industrial High Court, as well as the Grand Khadi of State and FCT Sharia Court of Appeal, and the President of FCT and State Customary Court of Appeal, earn annual salary ranges of one million nine hundred ninety-five thousand four hundred thirty (1, 995,430) naira each.

In addition to their judicial responsibilities, Judges of the Federal, State, and FCT High Courts, National Industrial Court, Khadi Sharia Court of Appeal in FCT and State, and FCT and State Customary Courts also receive an annual salary of one million eight hundred four thousand seven hundred forty (1,804,740) naira each.
