You must be an indigene of Borno State or a Nigerian by birth. Applicants must possess the following academic qualifications as applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes either in WASSCE, GCE or NECO at not more than two sittings, including Mathematics and English Language.

Including a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), and a minimum of lower second-class honours (2.2) in a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma obtained from a government-approved institution. Applicants who possess an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) can also apply.

Interested applicants who are graduates who have not gone for their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) (1) year program are not eligible to apply online, as all interested applicants must upload their NYSC discharge or exemption certificate in the space provided before submitting his/her application.

Applicants must be fit for work and are expected to provide a certified medical report from a government hospital stating the condition of his/her health, indicating if the concerned applicants are fit for work.
