Before you start filling out the application, you must possess the following general requirements.

You must have a legal means of identification (National ID card, Driver’s license, Nigerian International Passport or Voter’s card)	A minimum of (5) credits, not more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO or GCE, including Mathematics and English.
Possession of Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) second-class lower, Nigeria Certificate in Education or Higher National Certificate (HND) upper credit obtained from accredited higher institutions.	The Cross River State civil service commission believes that all candidates applying from Grade level 07 to 17 must have completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or may have obtained the exemption certificate.
Interested candidates must be free from any mental challenges, crime and any kind of ailment.	You must be good at writing and have knowledge of computers
You must be good at communication	Certificate of birth or age declaration
Certificate of state of origin	Nigerian citizens required
Interested candidates must be at most twenty-two (22) to forty (40) years old	Must have an excellent professional attitude.
