Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority Shortlisted Candidates 2024/2025 PDF List and Find Out About Your Screening Requirements

The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has released the 2024/2025 list of shortlisted candidates for various positions. The qualifying stage for the selection of suitable candidates in various fields by the NCAA has already begun. Only those who pass all the screening assessments, interviews, training, and aptitude tests (CBT) will be selected for the final list.

Please note that the list contains the names of applicants who applied through the official NCAA recruitment portal. Candidates who have successfully passed the shortlisting stage can now log in to the NCAA website at www.ncaa.gov.ng to verify their status.

If you are among the candidates who were shortlisted, then there is an opportunity for you as you have been selected for further evaluation and consideration in the recruitment process.

It is important to note that the shortlisting process is not the final selection. Candidates who have been shortlisted still need to undergo additional screening assessments, interviews, and training programs for shortlisting for the final list.

It is important to note that the selection process may have different phases which may be held at designated centers across 36 states including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and may require selected candidates to travel to different locations for assessments and interviews.

Therefore, candidates should be prepared for any inconvenience that may arise during the recruitment process.

If you have questions or concerns regarding the shortlisting process, please do not hesitate to contact the NCAA recruitment team via the official email address or phone number provided on the NCAA recruitment portal.

NCAA Shortlisting Update

Candidates who pass the screening will be invited to interviews, where they will be assessed based on professionalism and work experience.

After the interviews, successful candidates will undergo training programmes to equip them with the necessary skills. These programmes will be in line with the field they apply for.

They will also be subjected to a computer-based test (CBT) to assess their knowledge and competence in the field. However, only candidates who have successfully passed screening, interviews, training and an aptitude test (CBT) will be considered for the job.
