Kwara State Civil Service Recruitment 2024 – The Kwara State government is now recruiting. Interested graduates or Nigerians who are qualified for any of the vacancies can fill out the online application form via the Kwara State portal.
The Kwara State Civil Service Commission recruitment was released by the state’s governor due to the acute shortage of public servants throughout the state’s public ministries. This resulted from the number of civil servants who left on retirement.
As of now, the Kwara State Civil Service Commission is calling for applications from suitable candidates who will fill the state’s public service open vacancies. These vacancies range from grade level 07 to grade level 12.

Candidates shall be recruited in line with the Kwara state government recruitment process. Qualified candidates will be shortlisted by the state’s civil service commission.
They shall be invited to physical screening, credentials screening, medical assessments and computer-based test exercises. Only the successful ones will be communicated via email or SMS for an oral interview.

Kwara State Civil Service 2024/2025 Recruitment Requirements
Each candidate applying for a public position in the Kwara State Service Commission must possess the following application conditions in order to qualify for the final shortlisting process.

Interested candidates must possess academic qualifications in line with the job field they are applying for, such as a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.), Higher National Diploma (HND) or Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) and NYSC discharge or exemption certificate, with which they are expected to have completed their one (1) year National Youth Service Corps program.

Candidates applying for vacancies or grade level must possess a Secondary school certificate, either WASSCE, NECO or GCE and not more than two sittings. Mathematics and English Language are required.

Computer literacy will be an added advantage.

Interested candidates must have two passport-size photographs, a certificate of birth, a certificate of state of origin, and a valid identity card (National ID card, International Passport, etc.).

Candidates must run a medical fitness check at any of the government’s own hospitals and upload an original copy of the medical certified report in the space provided on the application, which will be verified on the screening day.

However, the public should note that as of now, the government of Kwara State has closed its application process for the recruitment of additional government servants in the state. The Kwara State Civil Service Commission is not recruiting.
